In 2012, a new European regulation concerning private pilots licences will be established . In Belgium , these changes will be starting in april 2013. The JAR-FCL licences for planes and helicopters will be converted to Part-FCL licences from the 8th april 2013. The privileges of the JAR-FCL licences will be maintained .
